These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program (“Program”) operated by New Day House Buyers, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from New Day House Buyers, LLC regarding  appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, follow ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You acknowledge that your consent is not a requirement to use other services. 

2. Message Frequency

You understand and agree that message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our Program. 

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and received from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any charges your carrier imposes. 

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, we may send one final SMS to confirm your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

7. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You represent that you are authorized to sign up for SMS messages on the mobile number provided and that you understand that compliance with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA) is required. You agree that you will not use this Program in violation of any applicable law. 

8. Modifications and Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at www.newdayhousebuyers.com/termsconditions. Your continued participation in the Program after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Day House Buyers, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program.
